• All selling prices are in Singapore Dollars and do not include delivery charges unless otherwise stated.

==>Measurements

• All measurements are taken when items are laid flat and quantified in inches.

==>To Place an Order

• Please leave us a comment on the item of interest, stating
  its name/code, its colour, quantity, your email address, destination country and mode of delivery (non-registered or registered mail).

• All purchase orders will be processed within 48 hours upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
  If you do not receive an email acceptance of your order within the stipulated time, please contact us at queenbels@gmail.com .

==>Payments

• Payments must be made within 24 hours upon receipt of email acceptance of order.
  The purchase order(s) is void upon lapse of stipulated payment period.

• For Local buyers, we only accept payments in mode of DBS/POSB ATM fund transfer OR DBS/POSB iBanking fund transfer OR Local interbank transfers.

• For International buyers, we accept payments via Paypal.

==>Evidence of Payment

• DBS/POSB ATM transfer
  - email us a snapshot of your DBS/POSB ATM transfer receipt (this is a must! and no scanned copies).
  Please note that we are not able to verify payment for ATM transfers without receipt.

• DBS/POSB iBanking transfers
  - email us your IB nick and its transaction reference number.

• Local Interbank Transfer
  - email us screenshot of transaction reference number, transfer date and amount transferred.

• Paypal
  -as detailed in the Paypal payment instructions

• We will send out the item(s) within 48 hours upon receipt of payment, proof of payment and the mailing details.

• We strongly encourage registered postage. We do not take any form of responsibility for any item(s) lost and/or damaged in non-registered postage.

• All packages are delivered via Singapore Post unless otherwise requested.

• We offer Registered or Non-registered mailling or Speedpost to Local buyers unless otherwise requested.

• We offer Speedpost or Worldwide courier to International buyers unless otherwise requested.

• All local and international delivery charges are borne by the customers unless otherwise stated.

• We adopt the postage rates of Singapore Post for all relevant delivery charges.

==>Refund/Return/Exchange Policy

• We conduct quality checks before sending out our merchandise so no refund and/or return and/or exchange of item(s) unless the item(s) differs from the item(s) ordered.
  Any such exchange is to be made known to Queenbels within 24 hours upon receipt of item(s).
